Whereas accused namely Nabi Bux s/o Rasool Bux Memon, whom you hold in your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime and he has granted bail by the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Ghotki, vide Cr.B.A No:736 of 2024, subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond to the satisfaction of trial court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and Deponent namely Ameet Kumar s/o Atma Ram, by caste Hindu, r/o Mohalla Assoo Ram, Taluka Pano Akil, District Ghotki, has filed affidavit a/w Saving Certificates of Rs.100,000/- for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
