Whereas, the below named accused, now confined in your jail and the abil applicaiton U/Sec 497 Cr.P.c has been moved by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused before this court.
Abd whereas, upon hearing the said advocate for the above named applicant/accused and ADPP for state, this court has granted bail to the accused in teh sum of Rs.10,000/- on PR bond in the like amount.
You are therefore, hereby required to release the below named accused forthwith; if he is not required in any other custody case and crime pending against him in any other court after obtaining his PR bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- for appearance before this court on 01.02.2024 at 08.30 am and continue to appear and further directed to him and retrurn this writ duly executed to this court within (2) days after the date of receipt.
