SUBJECT: CONVICTION WARRANT OF ACCUSED DAUD S/O MUHAMMAD YOUSIF SOLANGI.
Whereas, today the instant case has been decided vide judgment dated: 19.04.2024, whereby accused Daud S/o Muhammad Yousif Solangi is convicted under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C for offence punishable under section 23 (1)(a) The Sindh Arms Act, 2013 and sentenced him to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for seven years. The accused shall also be liable to pay fine amount of Rs.50,000/- (In words fifty thousand rupees only). In case of default of payment of fine the accused shall suffer further S.I for one year and eight months. The accused is also extended benefit under section 382-B Cr.P.C, for the period which he has remained as under trial prisoner. This is to authorize and require you to receive the above named accused being convicted and keep him into your safe custody to serve out the sentences in accordance with law. The conviction slip is attached herewith.. You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
