SUBJECT:   CONVICTION WARRANT OF ACCUSED DAUD S/O MUHAMMAD YOUSIF SOLANGI.

            Whereas, today the instant case has been decided vide judgment dated: 19.04.2024, whereby accused Daud S/o Muhammad Yousif Solangi is convicted under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C for offence punishable under section 302 (b) PPC and sentenced him to suffer life imprisonment as Tazir for the commission of murder of deceased Muhammad Shareef Solangi. Accused Daud S/o Muhammad Yousif Solangi shall also be liable to pay Rs.200,000/- (In words rupees two lacs) as compensation to be paid by him to the legal heirs of deceased Muhammad Shareef. In case of failure to pay the compensation amount, he shall also suffer S.I for two years more. Accused Daud S/o Muhammad Yousif Solangi is also convicted under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C for offence punishable under section 311 PPC and sentenced him to suffer life imprisonment for the commission of murder of deceased Muhammad Shareef Solangi on the pretext of honour. The accused is also extended benefit under section 382-B Cr.P.C, for the period which he has remained as under trial prisoner. All the sentences awarded to above named accused shall run concurrently. This is to authorize and require you to receive the above named accused being convicted and keep him into your safe custody to serve out the sentences in accordance with law. The conviction slip is attached herewith.. You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
