Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused WAJID ABBAS S/O MUMTAZ ALI BY CASTE CHANNA and upon hearing Mr Muhammad Asif Khaki, Advocate for accused and Mr. Munir Ahmed Siyal A.D (Legal) FIA, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac Ruppes) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Aftab Ahmed Shaikh Son of Abdul Rehman Shaikh has stood surety for accused named above.

       You are therefore, directed and required to release accused WAJID ABBAS S/O MUMTAZ ALI BY CASTE CHANNA from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac Rupees) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
