Whereas, record and proceedings of Sessions Case No. 229 of 2020 Re-The State Versus Ghulam Mustafa & others has been remanded back to this court by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur, has directed this court to decide a case afresh and has further directed that, accused who were present on bail before the judgment dated 07-10-2023 passed by this court may enjoy the bail by submitting fresh surety in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- each.
