Whereas the bail has been granted to the above named applicant/accused by this court in the sum of Rs: 10,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned crime/case, subject to furnishing the required surety.
And whereas the required surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- has been furnished by the above named applicant/accused to the satisfaction of this court which is accepted accordingly.
You are, therefore hereby required to release the above named applicant/accused in the above crime forthwith (if he is not required in any other custody case by any court).
