                        It is to inform you that accused Maqsood Ahmed S/o Muhammad Amin by caste Shaikh was convicted by this court and remanded to your jail to serve out sentence vide letter No. 5592 dated: 14.06.2023. He has preferred Criminal Jail appeal before the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana. The sentence inflicted to the appellant accused is reduced to the period of already undergone including sentence of fine amount and the terms of imprisonment in default thereof, vide judgment dated: 17.04.2024 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit court Larkana received in Cr. Jail Appeal No. D-16/2023. The said judgment also verified from Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana, vide letter No. 9175/LCC/Cr. Jail Appeal No. D-16/2023 Larkana dated: 22^nd April 2024.

                        You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
