WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Sahil S/O Rab Nawaz Solangi after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 60,000/- (Sixty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
WHEREAS one Rab Dino S/o Dilbar Solangi R/o Muhalla Makrani Taluka Sehwan District Jamshoro, has stood surety for accused Sahil S/O Rab Nawaz Solangi, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith surety documents to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.
