Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

                        WHEREAS, the below named applicants/accused were convicted by this Court vide judgment dated 19.08.2023 and but such judgment has been setaside by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur vide judgment dated 18.04.2024 and case is remanded to this Court for re-writing the judgment after hearing the parties and with directions to accused furnish a fresh surety in the same amount in which they were granted bail by this Court, and remanded to your Jail under the warrant of Court convicting/committing the applicants/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Ghulam Hassan Shah, Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State this Court already ordered that applicants/accused namely below named be released from below Case/crime on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:3,00,000/- (Three hundred thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the said applicants/accused named below has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.

                        You are therefore hereby required to release the applicants/accused below named forthwith (unless they/he are/is no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs:3,00,000/- (Three hundred thousand) each and thereafter appear before this Court on 18-05-2024 and from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
