Whereas, accused namely Muzafar Ali @ Muzafar Hussain S/o Qalandar Bux, by caste Maganhar, has been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur vide order dated 15.01.2024, in Cr. Bail Applicaiton No. S-884 of 2023, in the above case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- only (One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Ghulam Ali S/o Qalandar Bux, by caste Maganhar, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, he is no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (One Lac) only with directions him to appear before this Court, without fail.
