Whereas, this court has received a kind order passed in Ist Crl. Bail App No. S-199 of 2024, dated 22-04-2024 by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana in above noted Case/Crime, whereby the the blow named accused person is admitted to bail, subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-, (Rupees five thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The below named accused has furnished the said surety vide dated; 25-04-2024 and same has been accepted today.
The above order was sent for verification, and such verification has been received today, vide letter no. 9384/LCC/Cr.B.ANo-S199/2024, Larkana, Dated; 24th April 2024, from Deputy Registrar of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana.
