Whereas, the above named accused filed criminal bail application in below mentioned case/crime and the same was granted to the below named accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand Rupees) & P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide Order dated 25.4.2024.
And whereas, the surety namely Shabeer Ahmed on behalf of above named accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
