                            Whereas, this office issued remaned letter of accused Zaffar @ Appi s/o Ali Gul Abbasi vide letter No. 557/2024 dated: 15.04.2024. It is to inform you that surety namely Ali Gul Kalhoro submitted an application for excusing absence of accused Zaffar @ Appi and requested for intacting his bail an dhis surety. Order on it.  application is allowed, in Crl Case No. 30/2023 State Versus Aslam Mugheri & others u/s: 380,457 PPC in crime No. 07/2023 of P.S Waleed.

                       You are hereby directed to release the accused namely Zaffar @ Appi son of Ali Gul Abbasi above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other Custody case/crime. Accused is directed to appear before this court on:      04-05-2024 at 8-30 am without fail.
