The accused named below has been granted bail vide order dated. 26.04.24.
Whereas, on receipt bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C filed by the advocate for below named applicant/accused and after hearing the learned counsel for applicant/accused & learned ADPP for the state, this Court has order that accused be admitted on bail, on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- & PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, by one Ali Gul son of Misree Khan Kharal R/O Marvi Colony, Mehar Taluka Mehar District Dadu who is present & has stood surety for accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- & PR in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Muhammad Ali son of Gul Muhammad Kharal, forthwith from jail custody if he is no more required in any other custody case after causing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- & submit such bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be bound down & directed to appear before the Court to face his trail without fail.
