Whereas, the above named accused has been Convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment w.e.f:- 04.01.2024 till today with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C which he has already undergone/spent in the Jail. The accused shall also pay fine of Rs. 300/- which has been paid by them under receipt in above mentioned case/crime.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused persons in the above mentioned case/crime forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case/crime under intimation to this Court.
