Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

                      Reference: Honorable High Court  of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

                     Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM Pirjogoth, in aforementioned case/crime.

                    And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Azhar Hussain Sahito Advocate for the said applicant/accused and DPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.

                  And whereas the surety namely Anees Ali S/O Imran Ali has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-and produced  (01) Original Special Saving Certificate, which has been accepted.

                    You are hereby, required to release forthwith the above named applicant/accused from your custody, if he is no required in any other custody case/crime and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:100,000/-to be executed for his appearance before Ld. Civil Judge & JM Pirjogoth on.     -01-2024 and send the same P.R bond to  this court within three days.
