Whereas, Bail application has filed on behalf of the above named accused before this Court. After hearing arguments on bail application bail has been granted subject to furnishing solvency surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has furnished and same has been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if not required in any other custody case by any Court. The P.R bond of accused is sending herewith for obtaining his signature/LTI on it and same be returned to this Court. The accused be directed to appear before this Court on 10-05-2024 at 8-30 a.m without fail.
