This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Riaz Ahmed son of Shamasuddin by caste Gadani r/o Muhalla New Bus stand Taluka & District Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 26-04-2024 at 08:30 AM.
