                        Whereas, bail application U/s: 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by applicant/accused through his counsel in above said crime.

                        After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant/ accused and learned ADPP on behalf of state, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand), with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- surety to satisfaction of this Court.

                        You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if not required in any other case/crime pending against him in any other court, after obtaining the P.R Bond for appearance before concerned Court on the date of hearing and continue to appear till the final decision of the case and return this writ duly executed to this court
