WHEREAS, the above named accused was remanded to your Jail under the warrant of this court to face the trial in the offence us/ 392 PPC Crime No.142/2023 registered at P.S B-Section Khairpur. After framing of the charge against the above named accused the complainant and witnesses failed to appear to record their evidence and they have been shifted to some unknown place after their involvement in the cases. Such statement of the process server was recorded. After hearing the Advocate for the parties the case of above named accused is kept on dormant file and in abeyance till re-appearing of the complainant and eye witnesses directing the accused to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for his re-appearance in the case.
