Whereas the accused persons namely (1)PC Muhammad Ibrahim s/o Muhammad Nawaz Mahar, (2)PC Rabdino s/o Kamal Mahar, and (3)HC Ali Akbar s/o Phog Bhutto, whom you hold in your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime and they have been granted bail by the court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-II, Ghotki, vide Cr.B.A No:801 of 2024, subject to furnishing in the sum of Rs:30,000/- each and P.R bond. The required surety has been furnished by the accused persons. (1)Irshad Ali s/o Mohammad Nawaz Mahar, r/o Beriri, Taluka and District Ghotki has filed affidavit for standing surety of accused PC Mohammad Ibrahim s/o Mohammad Nawaz Mahar, which has been accepted by this court.
