Whereas the accused persons namely PC Ikhlaque Ahmed s/o Lal Bux Pitafi, whom you hold in your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime and he/they has/have been granted bail by the court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-II, Ghotki, vide Cr.B.A No:801 of 2024, subject to furnishing in the sum of Rs:30,000/- and P.R bond. The required surety has been furnished by the accused persons. One deponent namely Naveed Ahmed s/o Sardar Pitafi, r/o village Budho Bhatti, Taluka Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki has filed affidavit for standing surety of accused PC Ikhlaque Ahmed s/o Lal Bux Pitafi, which has been accepted by this court.
