SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 109/2023 REG. YASIN KAKEPOTO V/S THE STATE U/S 302, 114, 337-H-(2), 34-PPC CRIME NO: 09/2023 P.S. KARAN SHARIF.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Yasin S/O Muhammad Bux @ Laloo by caste Kakepoto who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 114, 337-H-(2), 34-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Three lacs rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant fromyour custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Three lacs rupees) for his appearance before this court on 10.05.2024 at 08.30 a.m.
