And whereas, Bail Application has been filed by the applicant/accused through his counsel in above said crime before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad.
After hearing the Learned advocate for the applicant/accused and Learned ADPP on behalf of state, the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (rupees One Hundred Thousand) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
