Wheras, this Court has already acquitted the below named accused u/sec: 345(6) Cr.P.C, vide Order dated: 20.03.2024 and such intimation was also sent to your office by this court, vide No.228/2024 dated: 20.03.2024, however accused were remanded to jail for want of depositing of Diyat amount of minor of the deceased viz: 1. Haneefan, 2. Shah Jahan, 3. Mumtaz, 4. Sadam, 5. Zubair & 6. Meharban who are surving minor legal heirs of the deceased Misri @ Nadar Ali Gadehi. Now, below named accused have deposited the required share of Diyat amount of minors in the shape of defence saving certificates in the profitable scheme, as reported by the accountant, Honourable Sessions Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot vide No. 4026/2024 dated: 30.04.2024.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the UTPs/accused named below in the below noted case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other case/crime.
