WHEREAS, the above named applicant/ accused was remanded to your Jail under the warrant of Court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Rukhsar Ahmed Junejo, Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state this ordered that applicant/accused namely above named be released from above Case/crime on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands Rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
