Whereas, learned advocate for applicant / accused namely Adil S/O Mir Zaman Khan Pathan has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicant/accused after hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands only) with P.R bond in the like amount.
