Whereas, accused namely Abdul Hafeez son of Sahib by caste Bozdar, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Sikandar Ali son of Mehboob by caste Bhutto r/o Pathan Muhalla Qadirpur Taluka & District Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 09-05-2024 at 08:30 AM.
