Whereas, bail application has filed on behalf of the above named accused person before this Court in above mentioned crime after hearing arguments on bail application, bail has been granted subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has furnished and same is accepted by this court.
You are therefore hereby directed to release the above named accused in above mentioned crime, forth with if he is not required in any other custody case by any Court. The P.R bond of accused is attached herewith for obtaining his signature/LTI on it and same be return to this Court.
