SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ACHAR S/O ALI BUX LUND IN S.C.NO. 231/2024, THE STATE VERSUS HADI BUX & OTHERS, IN CRIME NO.96/2023, U/S: 302, 324, 147, 148, 149, 337-H-ii, F-vi, Lii, Aii, Fii, Ai, Fi, PPC, OF P.S: SHAHPURCHAKAR.

                                          WHEREAS, the bail of  above named accused is granted by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court  Hyderabad, vide Order/letter  NO:  3402, Dated 28.03.2024, passed in Criminal Bail Application NO:S-23/2024 Aachar Versus The State, Bail of accused is granted in  the sum of Rs.100,000/- ( Rupees One Lac only ) and P R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court, and whereas surety has been produced on behalf of above named accused and same is accepted by this court in the sum of  Rs.100,000/-  with P.R bond in the like amount.

           You are, therefore, directed to release the above named      accused Achar S/O Ali Bux Lund in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case. The P.R bond of accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused is directed to appear before this Court on 11.05.2024 @ 8.30 a.m  without fail for facing his trial.
