Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

      The accused named below has been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated:27.04.2024.          

Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused  (1). Aqeel Ahmed son of Mazhar Ali Khaskheli, (2) Ghulam Nabi son of Yar Muhammad @ Ali Hassan Dero, (3) Altaf Hussain son of Ahmed Ali Dero, before this Court in below case and crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused & DPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicants/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Fifty thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

 And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicants /accused furnished. One Barkat Ali S/o Arz Muhammad Dero, R/o Village Gahano Dero Muhalla, Taluka Warah District Qambar Shahdad Kot is present and stood surety for below named applicants/ accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicants/ accused (1). Aqeel Ahmed son of Mazhar Ali Khaskheli, (2) Ghulam Nabi son of Yar Muhammad @ Ali Hassan Dero, (3) Altaf Hussain son of Ahmed Ali Dero, from your jail custody at once if they are no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicants/ accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court on the date of hearing to face their trial in below mentioned case & Crime.
