Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

      The accused named below has been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated.27.04.2024.           

Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused Ghulam Nabi son of Yar Muhammad @ Ali Hassan Dero, before this Court in below case and crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & DPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Fifty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished. One Barkat Ali S/o Arz Muhammad Dero, R/o Village Gahano Dero Muhalla, Taluka Warah District Qambar Shahdad Kot is present and stood surety for below named applicant/ accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicant/ accused Ghulam Nabi son of Yar Muhammad @ Ali Hassan Dero, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court on the date of hearing to face his trial in below mentioned case & Crime.
