SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED DANISH S/O ABDUL HAMEED IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.987/2024, (DANISH VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.44/2024 OF P/STATION SITE, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 462(i) J PPC 39 ELECTRICITY ACT, 1910.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused DANISH S/O ABDUL HAMEED and upon hearing Mr.Mashooque Ali Jan Mangi, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and IMRAN S/O ABDUL HAMEED, KHANZADA has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          DANISH S/O ABDUL HAMEED from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
