WHEREAS, the above named applicants/ accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant of Civil Judge & J.M-III, Khairpur convicting/committing the applicants /accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr.Muhammad Bux Bhangwar,advocate for applicant/accused and A.P.G for the state. This Court ordered that the above named applicant/ accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court and whereas the said applicant / accused named above has / have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
