Whereas; the above named applicant/accused has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, through his counsel, for grant of bail in above case & crime and after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for State, this Court has granted bail to the above named accused vide order dated 04.05.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand rupees) with P.R bond in the like amount.
