SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 114/2023 REG. GULSHER V/S THE STATE U/S 25 OF SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013 CRIME NO: 35/2020 P.S. NABI SHAH WAGGAN.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Gulsher S/O Qamaruddin by caste Khakhrani who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 25 OF SINDH ARMS ACT and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant fromyour custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees) for his appearance before this court on12.02.2024 at 08.30 a.m.
