Whereas, accused namely (1) Sajan Ali s/o Shahzado and (2) Arshad Ali son of Wazeer both by caste Shaikh, whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to accused by this court, in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each (Thirty thousands each) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Abdul Rasheed s/o Ghous Bux by caste Shaikh r/o village Mehrab Chachar taluka Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before trial court on the date of hearing without fail.
