Whereas the accused persons namely (1)Abdul Jabbar s/o Khuda-e-Noor and (2)Noor Khan s/o Hazrat Meer Khan both by caste Pathan, whom you hold in your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime and he/they has/have been granted bail by this court in the sum of Rs:30,000/- each and P.R bond. The required surety has been furnished by the accused persons. One deponent namely GulabKhan s/o Jahangir Pathan, r/o village Thikratho, Taluka Pano Akil, District Sukkur, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused persons, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby required to release the above named accused persons forthwith he/they is/are no more required in any other case/crime, after taking PR bond in Rs.30,000/- each for his appearance before this court on 10.05.2024.
