Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused AMIR ALI SON OF MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE BY CASTE CHANNA and upon hearing Mr.Abdul Ghaffar Soomro for the accused and Mr.Shuaib Ahmed Soomro ADPP for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Siddique son of Moula Bux Channa has stood surety for the accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused AMIR ALI SON OF MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE BY CASTE CHANNA from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his PR bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousands) for his appearance before the trial Court on the date of hearing at 08.30 am until final disposal of the case.
