Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused RAB NAWAZ S/O MUHAMMAD SOOMAR BY CASTE SHANBANI and upon hearing Mr.Ashfaque Ahmed Bugti, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (One lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Nawaz S/O Habibullah Shanbani has stood surety for accused named above.
       You are therefore, directed and required to release accused RAB NAWAZ S/O MUHAMMAD SOOMAR BY CASTE SHANBANI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
