SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD DIN S/O MUHAMMAD MOOSA, RAJPUT IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.668/2024, (MUHAMMAD DIN VS THE STATE) IN         CRIME NO.172/2023 OF P/STATION BHITTAI NAGAR, HYDERABAD,   U/SECTION 397, 365 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD DIN S/O MUHAMMAD MOOSA, RAJPUT and upon hearing Mr.M.J @ Raees Amir Lutuf Ali Khan, Advocate for the applicant/accused and               Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.500,000/-(five lacs) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas surety of applicant/accused filed application for reduction of surety-ship amount which has been allowed and the surety-ship amount of Rs.500,000/-(five lacs) is reduced to Rs.330,000/(three lacs) vide Order dated 27.4.2024 and the required surety has been furnished and MST.SOOBAN BIBI W/O MUHAMMAD DIN has stood surety in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (three lacs) for the applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          MUHAMMAD DIN S/O MUHAMMAD MOOSA, RAJPUT from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.300,000/-(three lacs) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
