Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application on behalf of accused person and upon hearing counsel for the applicants/accused and DDPP for the state , this court has granted bail of the accused in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (in words tfifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
