Whereas, accused namely Siraj S/o Hukim Dad has been convicted by this court vide order dated 08.05.2024 U/s 243 Cr.PC for the offences punishable U/s 6/9(a) of CNS Act and he is sentenced to suffer simple for the period already undergone and fine of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hudred only), in case of default in payment of fine, he shall suffer simple imprisonment till rising of the court.
Since accused has already undergone the awarded sentended, therefore, you are directed release the accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case.
