Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
Whereas, the above named accused were remanded to your jail under the warrant before this court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and his bail application has been granted in the sum of Rs.20,000/- by this Court in bail application No.44/2024 that the above named applicant/accused person be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- before this Court and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said appellant/accused named above has/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named appellant/accused from your custody and after getting their P.R bond in the sum of Rs.200,00/- to be executed for their/his appearance this court on 15-05-2024. at 8:30 a.m before this court and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
