SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED NAQEEB S/O MUHAMMAD MUSHARAF, ANSARI IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.975/2024, (NAQEEB ANSARI VS THE STATE) IN         CRIME NO.42/2024 OF P/STATION PINYARI, HYDERABAD,   U/SECTIONS 462-H, 462-I, 462-M PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused NAQEEB S/O MUHAMMAD MUSHARAF, ANSARI and upon hearing         Mr.Muhammad Shafique Khan, Advocate for the applicant/accused and               Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and                  ADNAN ANJUM S/O MANZOOR HUSSAIN, BHATTI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          NAQEEB S/O MUHAMMAD MUSHARAF, ANSARI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
