WHEREAS, the above named appellant/accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant of Civil Judge Judicial Magistrate, Nara convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Meeran Bux Shar advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for the state. This Court ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs.50000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the above named applicant/accused named above forthwith (unless they/he is/are no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and be executed for his appearance to this court on 20.05.2024 at 8:30 a.m. and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
