SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN B.A NO. 27/2024 REG: ABAD ALI STATE V/S U/S: 302, 324, 114, 337-H (II), 148, 149-PPC CRIME NO. 118/2007 P.S: LAKHI GHULAM SHAH.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Abad Ali S/O Bilawal by caste Jatoi who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 324, 114, 337-H (II), 148, 149-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Two Lac rupees only)  and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant fromyour custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Two Lac rupees only)  for his appearance before concerned court.
