VS THE STATE) IN                           CRIME NO.27/2024 OF P/STATION SITE, HYDERABAD,               U/SECTIONS 462-I, J PPC R/W 39 ELECTRICITY ACT, 1910.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused 01.RAB DINO S/O MUHAMMAD ZAMAN AND 02.WAQAR @ WAQAS           S/O GHULAM MUSTAFA and upon hearing Mr.Faazil S. Rajpar, Advocate for the applicant/accused, Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State and              Mr.Sufyan Ahmed Laghari, Advocate for complainant/HESCO, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and                  MUHAMMAD NAWAZ S/O MUHAMMAD ZAMAN has stood surety for accused Rab Dino and ADNAN AKBER S/O ALI AKBER MEMON has stood surety for accused Waqar @ Waqas.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          1.RAB DINO S/O MUHAMMAD ZAMAN & 2.WAQAR @ WAQAS S/O GHULAM MUSTAFA from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
