Whereas the below named accused persons have moved an application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the above mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused persons bail have been granted to the above named accused subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- each only P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court
And whereas the below named accused persons have furnished the required surety in the sum of 50,000/-each only with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court which has been accepted. You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused persons have forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of 50,000/-each only, without fail.
